About the Recipe

A balanced roast

Ingredients

Proteins:

8 Sausages to grill

4 NY strip steak or any cut of preference


Guacamole:

2 avocados

1/4 of the cilantro bunch

1/4 red onion

1 tomato

1 chili of your choice (optional)

6 oz of water

1 oz salt and black pepper


Vegetables:

4 russet potatoes

4 zucchini

4 oz butter

1 oz salt and pepper


Others:

1 aluminum roll.

Preparation

The season of grilling and eating healthy is coming, and on this occasion I bring you this roast that is a mix of flavors. You can grill or make balanced meal lunches, so let's start.


  1. We turn on the grill so that it heats up.

  2. We arrange the potatoes on pieces of aluminum foil, cut them in half and spread butter on each one, adding salt, black pepper and ground garlic. We wrap each potato and leave them in the grill for 25 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, season the meat, sausages and zucchini spread with butter with the powder, place everything on the grill to cook on both sides.


  4. For the guacamole, we place the avocados in a container; We add salt, pepper and water, and mash well.

  5. Additionally, we add the chopped onion, tomato, cilantro and optional chili to give it a spicy flavor.



    There are more options there, whether adding other garnishes for the barbecue, although on this occasion I only focused on preparing lunches, to eat healthier during the week.
