Preparation
Good morning my people! How have you been? I hope everything is well and you always have a positive attitude.
This time I share with you the recipe for a shrimp broth to recover all the energy of the week and at the same time super nutritious, in addition to being easy to prepare. The approximate portion is for 6 people. Without further ado, let's get started!
We start by putting water to boil in our deep pot. We put the potatoes in large squares and the carrots in small pieces. Then, we add the chayote cut into small pieces.
We wait 10 minutes and add the sliced tomatoes, the julienned onion, the garlic cloves and the habanero (whole or chopped), add all the powders and mix well. Then, we add the tomato sauces and after another 15 minutes, we add the pumpkin and shrimp. 10 minutes later we add the chopped cilantro. We stir and taste to see how it turned out after seasoning.
We can accompany the broth with toast, crackers or tortillas (the ones from El Milagro are my favorites).
Let's remember that the key point for the shrimp to be delicious is to cook them as little as possible, because if not, they reduce a lot and become hard instead of being juicy, which is why we add them about 20 minutes before it is ready.
I hope you liked it. See you in the next edition!
