Good morning, I share with you a super quick and practical recipe, garlic shrimp. This is a dish to get out of the routine, something not so common, join me:
We start first with the sauce, we will put the tomatoes in a frying pan with a little oil, we will add the onion and garlic, then the jalapeño pepper. Once everything is golden, we put it in the blender, we add the powders and the oregano. to the blender, 2 oz of water and proceed to blend. With that the sauce is ready.
To make the base of our shrimp we are going to cut long strips of the corn and the carrots, we will cut them into slices, and while in a frying pan with a little oil and over medium heat, we put 4 cloves of garlic, the corn strips and the carrots and we begin to brown. Later we add the butter and shrimp, cooking them for three minutes. We add a pinch of salt, and it's ready!
In a small pot we put a little water, add 1/2 stick of butter, salt and 1/2 tablespoon of ground garlic, add the corn grits and stir until the desired texture is reached, turn off and enjoy.
