Preparation

Good morning my people. Today I bring you this ideal breakfast to start the heavy days, since breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Plus, it's very easy to do. I'll explain it to you. We start:

We begin with the most laborious part, so to speak: the red chilaquiles. We cut the tortillas into triangles to taste, fry them in a pan with oil, gradually adding the fried tortillas and seasoning with salt. We wipe the tortillas with a napkin to remove the excess oil and let them rest for a while.

The next step will be to cook the sausages and chorizo in a frying pan with oil until golden brown on both sides. The chorizo is cooked in the same way, for approximately 6 minutes, and then we take it out.

Then, we move on to the eggs, we cook them to the term you like best, season with salt and pepper to taste, take them out and begin to heat the beans that we had previously cooked.
