About the Recipe

Ingredients

For this edition I bring you a traditional breakfast, beef wire. From my point of view, it is a strong and balanced breakfast to start the day with energy and below I left you the ingredients:


Protein

1 ny strip steak

2 sausages to grill or of your preference

2 eggs


Vegetables

2 nopales

1/4 white onion

1/2 tomato

1 serrano chili

1/2 avocado


Condiments and spices.

1 tablespoon of salt

1 tablespoon pepper

1 can of duck sauce


Preparation

  1. We start by cutting the ny strip into small squares seasoned with salt and pepper while the oil is heated in a frying pan over medium heat, we place them in said pan and once it is cooked on both sides, we cut the sausages into slices and add them to cook. .


  2. Add the nopales cut into strips, then the chopped onion and tomato.


  3. Finally, we add the serrano chili chopped into small pieces and the contents of the can of duck sauce, and depending on how thick or liquid you want the stew, we add more water or leave it like that until the sauce reduces a little. .


  4. In another pan, we put oil, also at medium temperature, and once it is hot, we put the eggs to cook, adding a pinch of salt and pepper, thus making them ready to serve.


  5. Remember to add half an avocado to your meal and the tortillas, these cannot be missing. Have a nice day!
