The best of Italy and Mexico
Ingredients
Protein :
5 Italian sausages
1 strip of chorizo
Pasta :
12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 oz salt
1 oz olive oil
Dip :
16 oz heavy cream
2 cloves of Garlic
1/2 onion
1 bar of butter
10 oz parmesan cheese
1/2 oz salt
1/2 oz black pepper
1/2 oz minced garlic
3 habaneros (optional for spiciness)
Decor :
5 pieces of green onions.
Preparation
This time I bring you something a little different than usual, a fettuccini-type pasta, with the Italian sausage protein and the combination of Mexican chorizo that has a spicy touch, a touch of habanero (optional of course). It's very easy to prepare, so I hope you like it... let's get started!!!!
We start by boiling water in a pot, add 2 oz of oil and 1 tablespoon of salt; Normally you need a metal basket to put the pasta and when it is cooked (approximately 15 to 17 minutes) it is taken out, we put it in a container and we pour cold water over it to prevent it from sticking together and cutting the cooking.
We remove the water, add more olive oil, salt and black pepper, 1/2 stick of butter in pieces and stir until melted.
We continue cutting the Italian sausage into pieces, put it in the pan with olive oil, onion, garlic chopped as finely as possible, a pinch of salt and black pepper and the Mexican chorizo. If we decide to add the habanero chiles, they should be finely chopped.
Add 1/2 stick of butter, letting it melt and thicken the cream. Let it boil a little until it changes color and mixes with the chorizo.
We add the pasta, mixing very well; With the Parmesan cheese we prepare a creamy, thick or liquid sauce, as we wish.
For the decoration, we put the pasta on a flat plate, placing it like a little mountain in the middle and we put a little Parmesan cheese, we drop the chopped chives and it will be ready to enjoy it.
