Ingredients
Hello! Hello! For this edition we have a breaded breast, with cucumber salad and sliced potatoes to balance the dish. What we are going to need to prepare it is the following:
Protein
1/2 chicken breast
3 eggs
2 oz milk
Vegetable
1/3 of a cucumber
1/4 of a red onion
1/2 avocado
1 habanero chili (optional)
3 lemons
1 russet potato
1 pinch of cilantro
Condiments
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup of flour
2 butter spoons
Preparation
We start by cleaning and cutting the chicken breast, leaving it as if it were a steak.
We place the eggs in a container and add milk, beat and submerge the breast.
In another container we put the flour and seasonings (salt, pepper and garlic), and mix the ingredients.
We take out the breast and cover it with flour and once it is completely covered, we put it in a frying pan with hot oil, with the temperature or heat at medium, and let it cook until it takes the desired color, normally It's 4 minutes on each side depending on the level of oil you put in it.
I suggest that the potatoes be cut into slices, sprinkling them with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Use the oil that was used with the chicken, and cook them on both sides. Once they change color, they are removed. To finish the preparation of the potatoes, they are impregnated with the butter, and they are ready.
For the salad, depending on the type of cucumber, you leave the peel on or remove it and cut it into slices. The onion is cut into thin strips, the avocado into cubes and the cilantro as fine as possible.
We add the juice of two lemons and salt to taste, we mix the ingredients and with that the salad is left. If you like, you can add the habanero chili to give it that touch of spice and freshness at the same time.
