Hello, hello! For this occasion I am sharing with you the recipe for my favorite dish, or rather, one of my favorites, soy ceviche tostadas.
Super nutritious! And before you make fun of them, I'll tell you that they won't realize they're eating soy and they won't stop eating. I have the record of eating 20 pieces of toast, I'll leave it there for you. Just to make you realize how tasty they are. Let's stop stalling and start:
We boil enough water to cover all the ingredients. Pour the white onion and garlic cloves into the water to boil and then add the soy, add a tablespoon of shrimp broth, let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time so that it does not stick.
Once cooked, place it in a colander to drain as much water as possible. We press with something to remove the water since soy absorbs a lot.
While it cools, cut the vegetables into small pieces: the onion, tomato, cucumber and cilantro. We put everything in a container, split the lemons and squeeze them very well.
Once the soy meat is cold, add the vegetables and gradually add the lemon, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and taste to see if it needs more lemon or salt.
The presentation of the toast is: spread the mayonnaise on it, then the ceviche, then the Valentina sauce and finally, the avocado. Now enjoy!
I hope you liked the note. Have a good and productive day!
