About the Recipe
Ingredients
Protein:
Pork skins (your brand of choice)
Fruit :
1 Jicama
1 cucumber
1 handle
Dip :
1 cup Clamato (the original)
2 oz Valentina sauce
2 oz mega chamoy
2 lemons
1/2 tablespoon chili powder (TajÃn)
1/2 tablespoon salt
Additional features :
Enchilada gummies
1 bag of Tostitos
1 package of Japanese peanuts
Preparation
We start by cutting the fruit into squares, we stir it very well, we put it inside the Tostitos bag, then we put a layer of cueritos, the Japanese peanuts on top, along with the enchilada gummies and we hope to have the sauce to later pour it on top.
For the sauce we will mix everything to ensure that the flavor remains in a single combination: half a bottle of Clamato equivalent to a cup, 2 oz of Valentina sauce, 2 oz of chamoy, 1/2 tablespoon of TajÃn powder, 1/2 of salt , the juice of the two lemons, we mix very well and with that the sauce is ready.
Now we are ready to enjoy. I usually like to accompany it with a glass of cold Coca Cola, I leave it up to you. Have a nice day!
